Hi, Would like suggestions on how to make FireFox work again as it will not open now. Need to access urls with autofill login, security, etc. for business purposes on my laptop computer (this is my desktop computer).

support.mozilla does not seem to provide fixes/suggestion that are specific to my issue.

Background: - Firefox flaky on a couple of sites to autofill username and password login info - downloaded latest version of FireFox on 03.14.22 - selected install - firefox did not re-open, selected Firefox under Program Files and dialog box of file path not valid - restarted computer & Firefox no longer under Program Files - cannot open Firefox & no other Browser loaded onto computer - not able to attach crash file from folder of profile…. Firefox/Profiles/uj9452s7.default/crashes/store.json.mozlz4 - emails:

               - [email removed from public]
               - other/desktop computer, not laptop:   [email removed from public]

Thanks for suggestions or urls which can guide me to success.

You could try creating a new profile. You can do that without starting Firefox. If that helps, you can copy data from the old profile to the new (after exiting the browser). If you want to keep the new files, you will need to rename them before copying over the old files.
