2 email accounts being combined on windows11 laptop

I have 2 email accounts. On my windows10 Laptop both accounts work OK. On my Windows11 Laptop my emails for account #1 go to both accounts. Emails to account #2 do not come in to either account. I have tried several times deleting account #2 and adding back but to no avail. I also am unable to send from account #2. All settings look good on both accounts.
