I have had this issue for a couple weeks now with youtube. When running in a private tab it will frequently not accept input for something like 10 seconds at a time. Playback works totally fine, no real stuttering or lag in the video, but pressing pause will generally take significant time to actually pause. This is true of all other inputs including keyboard commands, clicking on links, right click, etc. It seems to have a rolling window where inputs are accepted because if I wait for clicking play to work I can also quickly change the volume or right click a link. It'll even accept the input if I'm in a different window (like if I hit play then click over to my second monitor). This doesn't seem to happen in a normal window, only private. All other firefox tabs work totally fine with none of this lag, nor do I see any other issues on my computer. I haven't noticed any spikes in hardware usage nor am I using anywhere near all of my PC's resources.

I'm only running 2 extensions I think would interfere here (ublock origin and enhancer for youtube) and I've tried running with them disabled to no effect. All my extensions are up to date, as are my browser and OS, this has persisted through restarts (though it seems to take some time to come into effect after a restart). I've tried disabling hardware acceleration and clearing the cache.

So yeah, no idea what's wrong. It's not like unusable, just really annoying. Thanks to anyone that helps.

Firefox recent visits - reopened some tabs with ctrl shift t. Firefox pops up a message i a blue box saying here you can see a page about your recent visits. Brilliant. Then it disappears and I can't find it again. Where is it? What is it?!

I want to remove Yahoo from the google search engine but I don't see the three dots only three lines. The three lines will not show the Yahoo extension, what can I do?

Is there a way to customize keyboard shortcuts through about:? If there is, it should be explained here, or if it's explained somewhere else, there should be a link here to that page. There are some utilities that are supposed to do that. One of them worked through Tools > Options, which doesn't exist anymore. I can't figure out how to use it. Another add-on lets you add shortcuts, but doesn't let you delete an exiting shortcut. I want to remove the keyboard shortcut for Ctrl+Shift+A. I have no idea how to do it.

I've received an email purporting to come from Northumbrian Water which says that I'm a priority customer for bottled water if the mains go off. The email asks for a lot of detailed info from me. Is it genuine?

After yesterdays update I always get "Tab crashed" when I want to start in a new tab when i try to open gmx.net or any other url. How to set back Firefox? I need to open Tabs! And "reopen" does not effect anything.

I have four rows of shortcuts on my default browser window. Sometimes the disappear but they always return a few days later. What could cause such occurrence?

I'm getting a message "Your account has been locked for security reasons" when trying to signin into firefox or using my regular signin method on the mozilla website.

When i use the Google option it works on the website (including support page) but in the browser this option is not available. I'm unable to unblock my account. Haven't received un unblock email or something.
