Once you have logged in:

1. Open Mozilla VPN and click (or tap) the Settings icon.

   

2. Click (or tap) Help.

   

3. Click (or tap) Contact support.

   

4. Complete the Contact support form, where you'll be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.

   

5. Click (or tap) Submit to complete your request.
