Some extensions are automatically being loaded i have uninstalled every suspicious software from my pc and reinstalled mozilla, still its happening On some sites DNS unlocker adware is coming. it is very annoying.

Actually DNS Unlocker is commonly bundled with other free programs that you download from websites. So there is no issue with Firefox. Now to remove that, follow these steps: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/ads-by-dns-unlocker-removal/
