Hi,

I often need to repair my inbox because of emails having the wrong header connected to them. As I have understood these problems are due to a corrupt MSF-file. Why is the file being corrupted and what precautions can I make to prevent such corruption?

Add your Thunderbird profile folder to your antivirus' exclusions so that it doesn't interfere with Thunderbird's filesystem activities. Also, add Thunderbird to the list of trusted applications if your antivirus has that option.
