Logging in to my bank account : works for my private bank account but no longer works for my company account!

Hi, I have always used my Firefox browser to access my bank accounts, one being my private account and the other for my company account. I noticed however last week that I could not log in to my company account but I had no problem logging in to my private account. I contacted the bank ( Handelsbank in Sweden) who were surprised but said that this problem may occasionally arise with the Firefox browser. (However it has never happened before to me over the last 10 years!) Is this a temporary glitch or do I have to switch to another browser?!

The Bank start page is: https://www.handelsbanken.se/sv/hitta-bankkontor/uppsala-city From which I go to the company account log-in page at: https://secure.handelsbanken.se/logon/se/corp/sv/ On that page there are 4 log-in choices to click on. None of these however work - i.e. I cannot access the next step!
( I have no problem accessing my private account however by clicking on the Private log-in page at; https://secure.handelsbanken.se/logon/se/priv/sv/mbidqr/ )

Grateful for any support - I don't want to switch browser from Firefox (to Microsoft Edge which seems to work for both private & company log-in). 1000 thanks in advance, Peter Buckley, Uppsala, Sweden
