Hi, we found such an oddity. We use a PGP key linked to the mageo.cz domain (the key is for addresses <somebody>@mageo.cz). Recently, importing a key in Thunderbird takes a very long time (the search on the keyserver is unreasonably long (tens of seconds) both when the key exists and when it does not exist). It seems to be some kind of anomaly only for this domain. For other domains, searching/importing the key is fast. A direct inquiry (through the www interface of the Hagrid keyserver) is dealt with promptly.
