I am a student and Firefox 4 is not compatible with TestGen, now I have a real problem. I can't get Firefox 3 to come back

I am enrolled in Intermediate Algebra with Pearson My Math Lab and they use TestGen to take quizzes and test. Firefox 3 was compatible with this program. Over the weekend I download Firefox 4 and lost access to my tests and quizzes. Their Tech Support just said that Firefox 4 is not compatible and to download Firefox 3 once again. I did this, but I can not bring it back up; Firefox 4 only comes up.

To revert to the previous secure version, please do the following.

Go to Download Firefox v3.6.17 and download it to the desktop.

EDIT: just noticed you have a MAC, so follow removal instructions here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_firefox
