Unable to exchange verification data infomation with bank site?

A couple weeks ago I could access my banking sites with no problem, What happened? I'm able to access the sites but the home page is replaced by a page requesting verification code. My verification option is to send a code to my email address. When I click on the "email me" link that should respond with "sending" the link doesn't work. This is also happening with IE. I've tried previous community suggestions and followed the banks suggested settings and still can't make the link work? I have three computers. I was still able to access on my desk top up until a couple days ago and now it's acting the same way? It seems like it should be something simple but in the past two weeks I have not found an answer as to why I'm not able to send for a verification code that will get me to my home banking page. I notice the version was updated on March 7th, could that have caused the problem. I don't seem to have any malware issues. I seem to be out of answers for how to correct the problem. Also, I followed the direction for doing a screen shot and couldn't get the paint paste image to appear?
