Found the problem. The e-mail address was not correct. The message went thru. Thank you for your help.

Try sending to the address from webmail, since your mail provider's domain via smtp appears to be blacklisted.

I tried using the Hotmail.com site via Firefox. Still no good.

I sent a message through smtp to the stop-spoofing address and received the standard auto-reply.
