You have installed either a Theme or a Persona.

To return to the "Default",

  1. do one of the following
    • click Firefox button > Add-ons > Appearance
    • tap the ALT key, click Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
    • Hold down the ALT key while pressing the keyboard letters T A, release the ALT key, then click Appearance
  2. then choose "Default"
  3. then click "Use Theme"
  4. then close the Add-ons window/tab
