What happened to 'Get all new messages'??
Just upgraded to SuperNova (115.3). In the previous version (102.15) there was a dropdown that had Get All New Messages - meaning from all accounts, and/or you could select any account individually to get new messages. Now in SuperNova that's been replaced with the silly little cloud/download icon, and I don't see anywhere to select all new messages vs. single account. I'm in unified view, and when I have the unified inbox selected, you'd think it would default to 'get all' from there, but it appears to be downloading from just one account. If I select one of the individual accounts on the view pane and hit 'get messages' there are new messages to retrieve there that didn't come down when the unified inbox was selected.
Is this configurable?

You are correct. Currently the default behavior of get new messages in the folder pane is download only the current account. If you right click on the icon you will see all the choices you had before. We anticipate the options will be more made more obvious in a future release.
Another excellent option is add "Get Messages" in the unified toolbar at the top - customize by right clicking in the top toolbar.
