if you join for example a jitsi meeting and switch to another tab then the favicon of the jitsi page gets replaced by a red microphone icon. this replacement keeps running in an animation favicon -> microphone icon -> favicon -> ...

for motion sensitive persons this is terrible.

i tried the following settings i found googling but the animation is still there: ```

bold textUpon restarting and opening Firefox it always opens in a small screen. I need to change the default. opening settings in Firefox or MacOS but cannot find anything. I have emptied my history and cache without improvment.

When I try to looking for My bookmarks, only appear 3 (three) options for the bookmarks, one (1) of this, is Bookmarks toolbar show.

Only appear those options in Bookmarks, and recent bookmarks.

I need know Where is the joke?

Before the latest update, when we needed to bookmark a website, we were able to simply click on the star icon on the right of the URL field and choose location and tags for the new bookmark. Now instead there is no even an option to choose the tags. But instead if we want to add tags, we have through the "bookmark manager" which is much more convoluted as an option and time consuming. Is this change going to be permanent?

How do I limit the amount of stories shown at any one time? I used to be able to keep them down to 3 or 4 rows. Since the last update I can no longer control them and the just keep coming and coming and coming and, well, I hope you get the problem.

I keep the browser open and at some time my C drive has limited disk space.(~100mb) Then extensions stop working and after a browser restart, all extension data are lost. In my opinion current extension data shouldn't be lost even if disk space is limited.

Hi: for the last few weeks I get this message every time I open Firefox. The choices are "Set as default" or "Not now". I click "Set as default". The next time I open Firefox (and every time!) I STILL get that message! How can I change the settings to turn it off? thanks

I am writing to you as regards your current upgrade and its interface. The taps bar and tools bar are very wide, thus decreasing area below them. The cannot because customized with the little knowledge I have in development.

I jumped FF V90 to this current upgrade FF 131.03 because anytime I tried to upgrade, I find the Interface not to my liking due to what I have already described above. I have seen similar comments like mine on the browser comments. One user actually asked if FF interface to V 80.02 which I support for it is the best of Interfaces so far in the development of the FF browser.

I hope to hear from you soon before I take a decision to go back to FF V90.0.

Also in trying to upload Image of the browser for clarity purpose, I get this:

                                           Error uploading Image
                                           Invalid or no image received.

What is happening here about Uploaded images: Add images (optional), I cannot fathom. There is certainly a block somewhere on the Support page.

Video has been running well and suddenly a new issue.

Video begins to display (...for a fraction of a second) then I get Error, Unhandled video privacy. I suspect a setting has been inadvertently changed, but can't find it. Any thoughts?

Good morning - as of 24th October I am no longer able to drag and drop images to my desk top.

My mac is up to date 15.0.1

Firefox is up to date 131.0.3

Does anyone have a solution please?

I work in a closed environment and we use Firefox for browsing our internal network. This network does not have any physical connection to the internet.

I'm trying to disable the initial tabs that come up for a new user/profile.

The first tab is the welcome screen, the second tab is https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox

I went to about:config I set "browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone" to "ignore" That disabled the welcome screen.

Put I cannot find a setting that prevents or disables the second tab for https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox

Hello. I have a problem. I use the website icloud.com , and more specifically, the "notes" application on it. There is a function that allows you to create a list from just a list, with fields to mark the completion. But instead of marking fields, I have black squares that represent png files. Everything is fine in other browsers. What should I do?

When I press ctrl+return (main enter key) on my keyboard (Standard 52 key US layout) on macOS Sequoia 15.0.1, the context menu pops up (with back, reload, select all, etc.) which interferes with the shortcuts of some of the sites I use. It does not occur when in other apps. Is there a way to disable this shortcut key? I have a context menu key on my keyboard, so it is unnecessary.
