I am using Firefox for my emails. I have lots of folders on the side of my email page. I need to back them up, but do not know how. Some of them have attachements as well. I do not know how to do it . As it is the start of a New Year I want to keep the old ones. I don't know if I can save the email page as well as the attachement in one go or if it is separate. Thank you

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
