I am running Windows 7, and just updated my version of Firefox. Now I click to open it, the page loads and then it crashes. I have tried reinstalling, didn't solve the problem. The Firefox help says to run it in safe mode, but their steps for getting their don't match my system and have thus far found no way to run Firefox in safe mode. Please help!

Open it up and turn off your shockwave flash plugins. That should stop it from crashing. I am having the same issue as well.

This doesn't help me because I use Shockwave. If Firefox is not going to work Shockwave then I will find another browser that does, unless someone finds a solution.
