Today I was no longer able to stream movies on Amazon Prime or Youtube. I watch Amazon movies most nights, watched last night. Tonight I got a message when I tried to continue watching a tv series on Amazon that I've watched for weeks. It said I had to update Firefox and told me how, but when I went thru the process Firefox said it was up to date. On Youtube I got an error msg. 99,999 . What is happening?

I’m reaching out because I have some concerns regarding Norton’s HTTPS scanning feature. Recently, I noticed that Norton scans HTTPS traffic, and I’m unsure about how this impacts my privacy and security. While I understand the feature is meant to detect threats, I’m particularly worried because it involves decrypting sensitive information. This raises concerns about whether my personal data, such as login credentials or payment details, could be exposed during the scanning process. Has anyone else experienced issues or found this feature problematic? I'd love to hear about your experiences and whether there are any steps I can take to ensure my online security without risking privacy.

bsky.app cookie continues to be loaded on computer even after I continually delete it, privacy set to strict and blocked under "managed exceptions, why is it being reloaded when I don't access the site. None of the sites I access are linked to it, only visited once and if this alternative to x continues to set cookies, how can I permanently block it, thought the exceptions list was supposed to keep blocking it. So far it's come back three times, I'll screenshot it next time and attach.

Hi, my browser on my tablet keeps making all tabs stuck in desktop mode with no way to turn it off. It started happening today when it updated to the latest Firefox Android 133. The desktop mode toggle is set to off, and when I click it it still is set to off and it's still in Desktop mode. When I copy the URL to another tab I can turn desktop mode off, but that gets reset to on whenever the browser is killed in the background.

I've tried force closing the app and clearing cache, any help would be appreciated.

I am using VPN and have excluded FF using split tunnel, so I enabled Secure DNS in FF with Cloudflare. When I first launch FF, I get a blank page and nothing in the address bar. After that, I can open all webpages just fine. It's only that first page right when launching FF that doesn't work properly.

Im trying to log-in into my browser, Firefox, it gave an error the first time then asked me to input a code I received in my email, I did, asked for the password again, gave the password, asked for the mail code again, then password, then mail, then password... and then it got blocked for security reasons, I just need to get into my account. How do I fix this? (new PC, cache and cookies cleared already twice)

Hello, I just updated my browser to version 133.0 and there was a pop up window that showed something about a review checker. I click on the link and read all about it. On a amazon web page I clicked on a review but did not see the price tag icon anywhere. I looked at my settings and could not find anything relating to the review checker. Is there something I need to enable or disable in the settings? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Rico
