To sync Firefox browser I shall use my Personal Firefox Account, but what if someone stole my credentials? He could Access to my Personal Informations by simply using Firefox Sync service. Could you make 2FA or Email confirmation before using Firefox services to protect our data?

There is no two factor authentication as of now, but that is a possibility in the future. The best bet is to maintain strong passwords and change if you suspect they have been leaked.

Make sure that you use a master password and that you always use a password that can't be found via a dictionary look up or otherwise easily created via scripting.
