mp3 playback is cutoff at the middle or at the end in Firefox android.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/preliminary and click on the play button (or use direct link: https://media.merriam-webster.com/audio/prons/en/us/mp3/p/prelim02.mp3).

2. I tested on Firefox desktop, and Chromite on android that plays the sound properly. But the audio playback stutters in Firefox android very visibly. Note: I am specifically using the f-droid version (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/us.spotco.fennec_dos/) which includes arkenfox prefs. But on desktop I am using arkenfox too and that works fine.

3. Open https://www.wordnik.com/words/prelude go to at the very bottom and press play. Wordnik also fetches mp3 but it sounds same everywhere unlike merriam-webster's audio.

I am confused what is going on here.
