firefox will not load my school on desktop but works on laptop 403 forbidden msg

when trying to log into Arizona state school, it uses duo authentication after typing in password and login it starts to try to authenticate then says 403 forbidden. but works fine on my laptop but it will not work on my desktop Ive looked through the forum done all the clear catch and enable site but still not having luck normally id continue on my laptop but i need multiple screens for the current class I'm doing and my laptop doesn't suffice.
