Do you see messages about (service) workers in the Web Console ?

Where did you get the app or Addon from?
is pc and win 10 can i try close all addon but same not work in case i just can't receive the notification form youtube i can receive the notificationfrom twitter or other page

Maybe you need the exception for the https://youtube.com origin and not for the 'www.' prefixed origin.

thank you but in settings page i can't type the Website just can go back in youtube to open the notification
