Pocket app does not download saves for offline use

Hello I have a pocket app premium subscription. I need the saves for offline use. The app does not download. If I look for help, I understand that I have to switch on "download while using wifi" in settings. But I cannot find this option in settings. I can only see this (see attached picture).
