How do I transfer bookmarks from MSN Premium (different from Explorer)? I used them as a server, but it is being discontinued. HELP!

I use Verizon as my internet service provider. Through Verizon I have been using MSN Premium's server. I have been notified that the MSN Premium service is being discontinued. MSN Premium is a different server from Explorer.
