hello WMorton, please make sure that you install firefox properly as it is described in How to download and install Firefox on Mac (drag the application from the dmg image into the application folder). in case you cannot solve the issue like this, please refer to www.macworld.com/article/1145324/filewarnings.html for other solutions...
