For my business profile on Google, there is an option to generate and share a link to clients that allows them, with one tap, to navigate to the page for writing a Google Review. I hyperlinked this url into some text and a png of a thumbs up icon in the body of an email in Gmail. On Firefox Desktop (and other browsers including mobile Samsung Internet), there's no problem. The link takes me right to the page. On mobile, the link throws a 404 error. Since I can't control which browsers my clients use, and because I want this to be as easy and direct as possible, I have settled to include instructions in the email for Firefox users to click on a hyperlink that takes them to the business page, rather than the review-writing page directly, for now.
