Rufus apparently is something from Amazon. Are you seeing it only when using the Amazon site, or has it infected other sites, too?

I don't know whether there is a setting on Amazon to disable it. I did find a discussion on Reddit for users of the uBlock Origin extension on how to add a filter to hide it:
