I have a problem using a website called TherapyNotes with the Firefox browser, even though this was not an issue until recently. It seems even though camera permissions are enabled, Firefox is unable to connect to my camera for my telehealth sessions. The light indicating my camera is in use comes on for a second, then immediately turns off. I am also unable to even start a session and coast with voice only. The window to start my session never pops up. I have put in a ticket and been in contact with TherapyNotes going back and forth for the past couple of weeks. Their tech support insists it is an issue with Firefox since I can utilize their site completely on other browsers. I much prefer to use Firefox for the security, so I'm hoping there's something you can tell me to do to make it work.

It happens roughly every 7 days and I double checked every privacy setting that has something to do with deleting data uppon closing, deleting cookies in general and so on... It only happens on my PC (Windows 24H2, Build: 26100.2605), not on my laptop (also windows 24H2, idk what exact build).
I also found that firefox doesn't delete the cookies (it still says 200+ mb in the settings). I also tried deleting the cookies (it said 0 bytes in the settings after that) and I will see in ~7 days if that had some effect. That can be seen in the pictures (those are in german).
if anyone has a fix or if this is a straight up bug, let me know! (I won't reinstall firefox just now, because I wanna test a few things before)

Since the latest update my firefox seems to have trouble loading video and streaming resources. Browsing through youtube shorts it would not let me scroll down by using the mousewheel or have a delay of 3 secons from time to time. changing to the downarrow to view the next short made me hit an invisible wall at about 200 shorts. browsing twitch also leads to signifficant delays of several seconds until any click action is performed. one time it even crashed so i decided to clear the browser cache and restart my pc. is there a new way the temporary data is stored in the new version? i have 32 GB of RAM and lots of free disk space so that shouldn't be the issue. Firefox used to have no issues whatsoever in older versions regarding videos and streams.

I'm using jellyfin on web. And I listen to music on it, the problem I'm facing is... The moment I disconnect and reconnect my earbuds, the audio stops, the tab says "PLAYING" but no audio is played, I can press pause and play an infinite number of times but does not work UNTIL I reload the tab, then the audio comes back. Wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact everytime I have to reload, jellyfin does not save the current playlist so I have to create it again.
I tested this on the latest version of Microsoft Edge and it works with no problem there, I disconnect earbuds, audio stops, reconnect them and audio resumes, without even having to press play. The problem is something with firefox and the way it selects audio devices I guess?
I send a screenshot of firefox with the tab "PLAYING" but not actually doing it, and I send a logging file that I created using about:logging and the preset "Media playback", starting when I play media, disconnect bluetooth device, reconnect and can't hear anything

In Google Chrome, it can be seen in the upper left part of the web page, but I can't find it in Firefox. I tried playing audio on other sites like netflix and tiktok, but the issue is the same there. it doesn't seem like firefox is registering that any audio is playing, as the little speaker icon does not show up when i hover over the tab. i thought it might have been an issue with my headset but the speakers won't play any sound either. i've tried running firefox in troubleshoot mode but that didn't do anything (i don't really know what to do in that mode, but hey, i figured i'd at least try) Also, i opened the same sites in microsoft edge, and they play the audio just fine. I'd rather not have to use edge for too long though, so any help is appreciated :)

I have tried so many settings, troubleshootings, workarounds, I can't begin to list them. It happens in troubleshooting mode. I have created SSL certificates on the server many different ways to no avail. I'm thinking I will have to abandon Firefox with it's obscure, no-way-through security. I am trying to troubleshoot a problem with high CPU usage by Firefox when using Mozilla VPN - VPN ON.. Problem occurs when starting in Safe Mode, and still occurs after performing Refresh. Problem can also occur just by changing to a new tab. Problem does not occur if Mozilla VPN is turned OFF. Problem does not occur with Microsoft Edge. Mozilla VPN Support said it is a Firefox issue, and recommended contacting Firefox if safe start or refresh did not help.
