I keep getting a warning box from Thunderbird that says "You are about to override how Thunderbird identifies this site" and that "This site attempts to identify itself with invalid information" "WRONG SITE" "This certificate belongs to a different site, which could mean that someone is trying to impersonate this site." Then it ends with a box that asks if I want to permanently store this exception. And I can agree to "Confirm Security Exception" That doesn't seem safe to me??

Also, one of the next boxes says that "mail.comcast.net PERIOD OF VALIDITY Begins on 8/17/2015 Expires on 8/17/2017" and "ISSUED BY: COMODO RSA Organizational Validation Secure Server CA" " Organizational Unit(OU) <Not Part of Certificate>"

I have been using Thunderbird for many years. I changed my Windows 7 to Windows 10 within 3 days of being able to in July and Thunderbird did work fine until my last emails received on 8/25/15.

How can I get Thunderbird to come back with my emails from Comcast again? Would agreeing to Confirm the Security Exception put me at risk? Thanks

You'd need to be more specific where you get stuck.
