When I try to access my chewy.com account, I get an error message from Firefix that says it will never be able to complete it.

I have asked Chewy.com to fix the problem and they tried but it didn't work. I am not the only one having this problem trying to access their Chewy account. I can get into the website but can't do anything associated with my account or the error message comes up.

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I did not change anything at all. I just tried to access Chewy and got this message for weeks now. I can look at the Chewy website but when I try to do anything with my account, I get the message.

What level of enhanced tracking protection do you have set in Firefox for Android?
