I instaled text to speach plug-in in Firefox, because Adobe Reader's is not working as well.

There is no voice. All other sounds (music, videos, ...) are working properly.

Hi,

You can try to configure it's setting in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions. Clicking on More and Home page will usually lead to the add-on help page. Please also see this.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
