I control my cookies very closely and would hope that FireFox / Mozilla would provide an ability to "string" / word searchs for a specific individual cookie -- by domain (or embedded words in a domain) -- to allow or block individual cookies since apparently I can no longer control that at that time the cookie is set to determine that status.

An extension could pull a list of all cookies from all sites for searching, but there isn't a built-in feature for that.

Here in support, we work with the Firefox we have today, including features, settings, and workarounds (e.g., add-ons).

We can't really help with suggested feature changes. You could submit comments and suggestions for feature changes through one or more of the following links, or recently I saw someone created a Change.org petition (no idea whether that helps):
