After win 10-2004 update, the latest firefox update(79) deleted the browser and cookies

How can I get my 40 Mb of cookies back?? Otherwise is lots of work to re-authenticate at each secure site?

What about the rest of your profile? Settings, bookmarks, history, passwords . . . .
