Yes! It's actually the "?" icon at the bottom of the new menu.

If you want to use the old help menu, you can tap the Alt key or press the F10 key to display the menu bar temporarily.

Or if you want the menu bar on all the time, you can do that in any of these ways:

  • right-click a blank area of the tab bar > Menu Bar
  • right-click the "+" button on the tab bar > Menu Bar
  • "3-bar" menu button > Customize > Show/Hide Toolbars > Menu Bar
