Geni Genealogy & ajax.googleapis

Since about a month more or less I cannot enter the website of Geni Genealogy through my Windows 7 computer. I have got in touch with my server Cox Cable and they were not able to fix the problem. When I try to log into this website on the button shows a message "read ajax.googleapis.com". The fact is that I cannot log into this website through Windows 7 and I wonder if is something block by Firefox Mozilla. Thank you

What I get is;

404. That’s an error.

The requested URL / was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

No it did not solve the problem. The fact is that I cannot log to Geni.com or Geni Genealogy. It tries to log but it does not and a window opens on the button left of Geni which says "read ajax.googleapis.com"

I tried to do all the above but I don't seem to have enough knowledge of computers to take care of the problem. Actually my server has tried to help me with not being able to log into Geni in this computer Windows 7 and was not able to take care of the problem. On my other computer Windows XP I can log in so I wrote to Geni asking what is the problem with this ajax.googleapis.com that I believe prevents me from loging in. I have not heard from them. Any way, I wish some one could help me as it is very frustating!!

When you try to log in, what happens? Do you get to the login page? Does it take your user / password? What if any message shows up?

When I tried to log in Geni the page shows up, but it does not go anywhere. Only once I was able to put my user & password but I was not able to get into my tree or anything. I don't know what is called the little round circle that appears next to the website like asking to allow in, but that circle goes and goes and goes, and nothing. Sorry, my knowledge of the computer language is next to 0.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Open the Add-ons Manager <Control><Shift> A and disable All of them.

Also disable Everything you don't need right now.

Don't have any idea what that is.
