Thunderbird crashes at startup. I can't grab the information from the report, but it does say that it's being reported. Help!
When we open Thunderbird, it crashes. We can't access emails. We get a report and I've tried to copy and paste, but it won't allow. The report has been sent in, but I haven't gotten any response, probably because I can't access my email.
