Hi Clive, Do you have a toolbar overflow? You'll see a double right arrow, >> , at the right end of the toolbar.

Did you check in the Customize palette? Click on the 3-bar Menu, select Customize, and see if it's in there.

Lastly, double-check that the extension is Enabled. Select Menu again, select Add-ons. On the left side be sure Extensions is selected. Look for Norton Password Manager. If it's disabled it will say (disabled)

If it is, on the right end is a 3-dot Menu button. Click that and select Enable.
