Told file not found when I try to open my yahoo mail or other sites
page says File not found: the path you are trying to access is either incorrect or inaccessible - verify the path. This happens when I want to open yahoo mail, msn mail, or any other site.
Sometimes site page will be shown in address bar but page is blank and have to 'refresh' page.
I do not like the new Firefox, can I go back to previous??

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" if the menu bar is hidden.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

when I click on the 'Firefox' button left top corner I see nothing that says tools - where do I find tools? There is an options but only has to do with toolbar.

THANK YOU - I appreciate your time to help me. This is so much easier than having to close Firefox and use CC Cleaner to do it - and then having to sign back in to yahoo mail.
I do try to do CC Cleaner & the registry fixer at least twice a week and do the deep defrag once a week. I always private browse in IE and empty everything there when I'm finished using that. I used to 'private' in Firefox always, but found I had a hard time with yahoo mail when I started using that account again.
Thanks again......
