Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

Which code(s) does the keyboard send when you press these keys?

Can you customize it in some way?

more options

No, I can not set them up, they are already set.

For example I took this site http://easyflash.org/flashlearn/yourflashwork/382-kod-klavishi.html (not sure of its veracity, but I haven`t exit)

Key "Back" = 177 Key "Pause/Stop" = 179 Key "Next" = 176

Thank you. I hope that my problem is solved)

Looks like standard media codes:

VK_MEDIA_NEXT_TRACK	0xB0	Next Track
VK_MEDIA_PLAY_PAUSE	0xB3	Play / Pause
VK_MEDIA_PREV_TRACK	0xB1	Previous Track
VK_MEDIA_STOP 0xB2	Stop

I don't know if Firefox support these on web pages for Flash, they might work for the built-in HTML5 media player

Good. Why should other browsers have this feature, but this is not? Why not just add this feature?
