my nokia publisher account is still logged on, as i tick always remember on the site, but recently i had lost my notepad which wrote the password, the request of new password is a failure but my account is still logged on in firefox, i cannot open my account on any other device due to password,

Please update to Firefox 22, Firefox 13 is horribly ancient and insecure. This is critical. Update Firefox to the latest release
