My logo image appears fine in Safari, but in Firefox the logo moves away from the left edge. I have tried different things with the code but I can't seem to be able to figure it out ... is it float, is it clear, image version, something else? I placed the image logo in the Gallery Side div, css styles used below:

  1. gallerySide {

height: 433px; width: 299px; background-image: url(images/CheataHome_gallerySide.jpg); background-repeat: no-repeat; float: left; } .imagelogo { margin-top: -133px; position: absolute; margin-right: 652px; }

I appreciate any suggestions. Thank You!

Chosen solution

it seems to work when the position: absolute attribute is removed...
