I believe this occurred after the most recent Microsoft update, though I am not 100% certain. Either way, it's slapping me in the face every time I scroll through text-based website.

Essentially a 'copy' of all text on a given page lags behind itself, creating a blur/ghosting effect. It is making my eyes wonky and has essentially rendered Firefox unusable.

I have tried turning off the hardware acceleration option to no avail. I am using the most recent drivers for my AMD Radeon graphics card.

Any help would be appreciated.

If by chance it also has Intel Integrated Graphics try switching to that. I have an NVIDIA card and Intel. With the NVIDIA I was getting ghosting with the scrolling, and with the Intel I don't. Also, I know the standard advice is to always have the latest drivers, but sometimes going back to older drivers can solve a problem like this.
