my problem is when i open 'Bookmark' menu, my bookmarked pages aren't in there. so i have to open the 'Organize Bookmarks' menu and look for it. it takes too much time and it's annoying.

On a Mac the menu bar (and thus the Bookmarks menu as well) are controlled by the OS and not by Firefox.
You may need to do some cleanup and repairing.

Try to repair the disk permissions: http://thexlab.com/faqs/repairprocess.html

You can also try to reset the Firefox plist file.
Go to "Library > Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

If that didn't work then try to trash Firefox and reinstall a fresh copy of the Firefox application.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox application folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall.
