I subscribe to a site that posts instructional videos. I used to be able to access this site through Firefox, but now, although I can sign in, the videos don't load. I thought it might be because I started using a Password Manager (1Password) which has a browser extension. But the problem persists in Firefox even when I turn that browser extension off. I have tried clearing the cache, updating Firefox, restarting my computer. Nothing works. Finally I downloaded Google Chrome, and I was able to access the videos through that (even when I added the 1Password browser extension to Chrome). I would prefer to keep Firefox as my default browser, but I'm not going to be able to if this problem can't get fixed. Could you help?
