what do i use for navigating since thete isn't a menu bar?

i am at the end of my rope. i have spent the better part of 10 hours trying to download firefox downlosd archived flash player search apps and add-on's figure out how to get to somewhete to and ask a freakin question still havrn't figured out how to download / install adobe flash don' t know what was inappropriate about my user name selection ( many attempts ) so my original question is... how in the heck do I inavigate with no menu bat? how do i get anywhere useful? when i get there will i be able to delete and edit and clear searches? what do i use instead of adobe flash playe and will it play video off sites and not boot me to browser after each preview?

All of the options you need from the menu bar should be in the orange Firefox button at the top right portion of the screen. If this does not help, you can right click right below the navigator bar and turn the menu bar back on.
