Hello, I just updated my browser to version 133.0 and there was a pop up window that showed something about a review checker. I click on the link and read all about it. On a amazon web page I clicked on a review but did not see the price tag icon anywhere. I looked at my settings and could not find anything relating to the review checker. Is there something I need to enable or disable in the settings? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Rico

Bonsoir, Avant, j'arrivais sans problème à mettre une fenêtre qui s'ouvre quand je clique sur un résultat sur le site Flashscore au milieu de la page (comme dans l'exemple en pièce jointe) mais maintenant, cette fenêtre s'ouvre tout le temps à gauche de l'écran. Avant, il suffisait de faire "Alt+F4" ou "Ctrl+Maj+Q" pour que cette fenêtre reste bien à l'endroit souhaité à chaque ouverture. My up to date FF screen starts shaking, primarily using Youtube for awhile and then going somewhere else. It will still start shaking using various websites. It takes a PC reboot to stop it. It does not happen using Chrome. I have done the following with no change: 1. Fresh install 2.Turned off hardware accel. 3. cache clear refresh 4. All extensions off 5. Started in Safe mode. This lasted the longest but it eventually started shaking.

Something to note: My screen size randomly increases/top tab bar disappears when typing something. It's random but it's new like the shaking.

I have created a new Firefox profile. Now I want to copy my settings of the Developer Tools to this new profile. This should also include the custom device settings for the Responsive Design Mode. Is there a file (or files) in the profile-folder that contains these settings, and can I copy this file (or files) to the new profile? I found this link about copying profile files, but it doesn't mention devtools settings.

Restarted my PC and on boot found all my containers deleted. Bookmarks are fine. Browser settings are fine. Other Extensions and Addons are fine. Tabs from the last session were stll there. Everything else is all good. FireFox Multi-Account Containers is the only thing that's gone wrong.

Looking at my containers.json (my best guess on what to check) they're all back to default. There's no "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop.

This happens ~3 times a year usually after an update or if there's a sudden shutdown due to power loss.

I've used FireFox Sync before and rather than helping, it ruined everything for no apparent reason. It duplicated the current containers, restored and duplicated old deleted containers and sites stopped using their designated containers.

It sucks. It really really sucks.

Is there a way to make local backups of containers and their designations? Just knowing exactly what to backup would be a massive help and make this a lot less distressing.

I am currently using Microsoft Edge and am looking for a new browser to use. I went through the trouble twice now in setting up Firefox the way I want to work and for it to open certain bookmarks every time I open it. But 2 times now I have closed Firefox and reopened it and each time it not only fails to open the bookmarks I have setup, it also loses the other settings I setup and acts like I am setting it up for the first time. If I can't get this problem fixed I guess I will start looking at other browsers.

Suddenly, the homepage has started overriding all my tabs. For example, I can be writing this and it will be gone and replaced with the homepage. Or, a new tab will pop up on its own with the homepage. This started yesterday. I've tried troubleshooting... I've tried redoing the settings... I've yelled a lot. Can someone please help me before they carry me off in a strait-jacket? Thank you!

We are manufacturers of networking devices.

As most networking devices, ours can be configured by navigating to the default gateway IP address via the browser. With the rise of security awareness, various regulations are forbidding the usage of HTTP. This is bothersome to us, as connecting to our devices via HTTPS and our self-signed sertificates will always throw an error of an unsecure connection to the end user. We understand the technical reasoning for this and that users are able to ignore the message, but this does impact our user experience and it may even discourage users from using our devices.

As these regulations will be impacting networking devices globally, we want to ask you if there are any workarounds for the self-signed sertificate "unsecure connection" message. Perhaps there is an argument that can be set, or an ongoing effort from browser vendors to assist networking device manufacturers with this.

Any information or help is appreciated.

Since 113 I have had tabs BELOW the Bookmarks toolbar i.e. at the top of the "blank" screen area.

133 has now regressed my setup, back to having tabs above the address bar. This is a bad move, as it means that once again the screen content of a tab is separated from the tab by two bars, Address and Bookmarks.

Can anyone point me to a setting or a userChrome code block that will put the tabs below the Bookmarks bar, as the css now no longer works as it stands on 133?

I'm happy to set the sidebar to vertical tabs since I can get the maximum browser area, but there's one annoying issue: there's no close button in the vertical tabs, I have to right click and tab and select close the tab

the close button shows when I change back to Horizontal tabs, hope development team can improve it soon.

YouTube only on Firefox has terrible stutter/frame pacing issues, most prevalent when watching 4k/60 content. "Stats for nerds" shows a healthy buffer and minimal dropped frames. This issue is not present when watching local videos or on Microsoft Edge. The issue can be alleviated by watching in 1080p60 but stutter/judder is still present. The issue is not resolved no matter what power or performance options I choose in my laptop's settings. Any help is super appreciated, as I really don't want to open Edge every time I need to use YouTube. Thanks!

I've noticed since a few upgraded of Firefox tat I am having an issue loading my local uTorrent GUI at: https://192.168.0.xxx:36724/gui/index.html. I am currently using 132.0.2 x64 and it eventually loads after 3-4 minutes. There are absolutely zero add-ons at the moment, and it does not matter if it is a portable version or standard installed version. I do not seem to have this issue while using Firefox (latest) ESR portable version.

Is there something I'm missing here? I am not sure if it is the port that's the issue with Firefox, because I have a local website using port 9090 and 8080 without any issues on loading. Also, it is happening with the nightly version of FF as well. All other browsers load quickly.

I am using FF on Debain 12 and have downloaded 131.0.3.tar.br2 sha256: fcd1e93221074a7b44445a99d81ea26e95fdc4c7e67000e748dab93cb12c2a13 I then did an update from the FF itself which brought me up to version 132.02 and I noticed that the container tab was missing.

Another Debain 12 workstation running 131.0.3 has the contain tab option.

Has the container tab been removed?
