What other solutions might there be to my Mozilla VPN not connecting on my computer? It used to, but stopped a couple of days ago. It's working on my other devices. In the Home screen, the on switch is greyed out & unresponsive. I also can't change the location (likely because I can't turn the VPN off). • I rebooted VPN • I reset VPN • I rebooted my computer. • I verified my OS is up to date

Last time this happened updating the VPN software solved the problem, but I see no indication that there is a new software update available.

Please help! Thank you!

Hi,

I download YouTube videos so that I can watch them when I don’t have internet. The problem is that whenever I’m in that situation, every downloaded video will only play for around 15-20 seconds before it stops and will never start again to play more. It is very frustrating. I have tried offline mode, I have tried doing any number of refreshing the page (yes I know it’s offline), going back, scrubbing forward, etc. none of these things work. It SEEMS like to me that Firefox is sending a message of some sort to the offline YouTube page telling that it is offline but somehow still making it seem like there is a chance it will eventually reconnect to the internet so it doesn’t play anymore once this happens. Thanks

While on Firefox, I generated a Mozilla log-in for an account this week. Today I went to the log-in and…….well nothing from Firefox.

I love the idea of protecting my email address, but what good is it if I can’t access the account because the generated email and password don’t show up. I must be missing a step.

In looking for a way to open a local file in Firefox, I came up on the following question in the Support forums:

For my Home page, how do I write a link to a local file on my iPhone?

The questionnaire eventually solved their own problem by mentioning something called a homepage file and I don’t understand what that is so I can’t understand their solution.

I've been using Firefox for some time on iOS. Some websites cause the user interface to become hijacked by the website. What happens is I can't scroll up to the address bar or down to the tabs and menus. All I see is the website in full screen.

Two awkward workarounds exist: I can exit the application by swiping up from the bottom of the screen, then re-entering Firefox. Alternatively, I can slow-swipe up from the bottom and then tabs/menus usually appear when I let go.

I attached two images, one shows the Wired.com website in this hijacked state. The other shows the application after I have exited and reopened it. This happens on many websites and I would say most of the time it occurs where there is some sort of popup/overlay that appears in the JavaScript.

I was trying to add some basketball tickets to my apple wallet but wasn't able to. Had to switch to Safari and was then able to add them to my wallet. I haven't had a problem adding airline tickets to my apple wallet with Firefox as my default browser, but couldn't add basketball tickets from an email link with Firefox as default browser. Switched to Safari and then had no problem. Can this issue be fixed with Firefox browser or will I have to switch back to using Safari?

I'm sure some people find your weird separation of saved bookmarks into mobile and desktop folders, but I am not one of them? Is there no way to turn that off in favor of a device agnostic bookmarks collection? Bookmarks almost never just work for me in Firefox because I always have to think about where they might be saved. That's a major point of friction for such a browser.
