firefox cursor size
I have been trying to change the size of my mouse cursor. Its very small and not easy to find. I tried the ui.caretWidth thing. What that did, I think, is change the size of my typing cursor but did nothing to the mouse cursor.
Thoughts?

Hi jwhitt12, I don't think Firefox generates its own mouse pointers. I think it just uses your system-level settings. However, I'm a Windows person, so I'm not very familiar with differences in Linux versions of Firefox.
I am running with linux. My mouse will change color and size when I move it outside of firefox so, I think, firefox is in charge of its own mouse cursor.
Thanks for the reply!
I continue to have this problem . I am running with Ubuntu 18.04 I am using a 4k tv for my monitor and my resolution is 3840x2160 Apparently there is no answer for this question . My mouse pointer, inside firefox is a black speck approximately 3 times smaller than my red mouse pointer outside of my firefox page.
Oh, I did change my cursor size so I have a cursor size which is about twice as big as my text. I guess I could make it smaller but fear it too might goto a speck if I mess with it.
I also wonder. Perhaps my question about a mouse cursor was the wrong question as my problem is my mouse pointer (there may be a confusion between the terms "mouse cursor" and "mouse pointer"?
If anybody can point me to someplace where I can find a solution I would really appreciate it.
Thank you.................
Oh, the ultra-high resolution could be a problem. Maybe you should file a bug report and see whether the developers can suggest something:
