Can't sign in due to email change. Now what?
I am trying to sign in to change old email to new one but, an email is sent to the old address so, I cannot get in to change it.

You will have to create a new account that you can access to be able to respond to the confirmation mail.

Go to your user profile for that website and change the e-mail.
However, if you are talking about sync;
Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.
