I cannot login to Bestbuy.com on firefox, but yet it works fine on Safari.

i host diablo_web_simple on my root running nginx when i use chrome it only loads the chunks of diabdat.mpq once -> then loads them from cache when using firefox it always loads the chunks and doesnt use cache -> this results in slower load and less performance

diabdat.mpq = ~270mb chunksize = between 1-7mb combined chunksize of loading game: ~65mb

i already set in about:config browser.cache.check_doc_frequency 2

i also set headers for caching this file in nginx

nothing works pls help

after update of window 11 to 24H2, Firefox keeps crashing on start. I completed deinstalled Firefox, rebooted and installed again, no effect. I switched off hardware acceleration and all add-ins and selected system theme, no effect. No crash occurs when started in troubleshoot mode. I did a clean-up (in troubleshoot mode), no effect. What should I do now? Where is the error log?

I'm trying to measure power consumption in Firefox using automation. My goal is to get power consumption metrics for specific webpage loads.

What I've tried: 1. Using Puppeteer with Firefox's profiler:

  - Enabled power profiling preferences
  - Used the Profiler CDP commands
  - Got profile data but no power metrics

I know Firefox DevTools has power profiling capabilities in the Performance panel, but I need to access this programmatically. Is there a way to: 1. Access the same power metrics that Firefox's Performance panel shows? 2. Get power consumption data through Firefox's debugging protocol or any other API? 3. Enable and collect power profiling data in an automated way?

Any guidance on the correct approach would be greatly appreciated!

When playing videos in Facebook after a few of them I get a blue circle spinning . When I use chrome I don't have a problem.I have had Firefox for over 10 years ,if I cannot fix this Em going to have to use chrome

A few months ago after an update to Firefox the window would open but be transparent with no controls visible. I tried the refresh Firefox option which worked but left other problems. A website has a medium blue header at the top with white fonts (links) on it, which still appear that way in Chrome and Opera, but since the refresh the header is black with black fonts in Firefox (which of course you can't see). There are also variations of this problem on some other other websites. The only way I can see links on those sites is to set color management to override 'always'. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks Mike

I've used Norton Safe Search on FireFox for years with no problem. But few weeks back, when I use Safe Search, it does no longer brings back the green checks indicating the site is safe. It works with Edge, but not with FireFox. I've contacted Norton and still waiting to get a response. Anyone have idea as to what is going on and how to fix it?

A few days ago I changed from BlueMail to Thunderbird for Android phones. Everything went smoothly with the QRcode, but when using Thunderbird for Android I found out that the app on my phone was not in sync with Thunderbird in either my desktop or laptop. If i delete a message from my phone app, I`ll still find it in my desktop/laptop. Another thing: there`s no addressbook in the phone app at all, no settings. Where were they forgotten?

After the update to the new version of Thunderbird, it is running slow with "not responding" messages. It takes a few minutes to download emails from Google Mail but eventually works. I run widows 10 on 64bit Del laptop with 8GB RAM. I cannot upgrade to Windows 11 as my system will not support it.

For the past day or so every video on YouTube pauses after one minute with the 'Circle of Death' icon. Just hangs. Reloading the page only clears for a short time and after another minute it happens again. Speed tests and diagnostics from my Internet provider shows no constraints or problems with the connection. Other streaming applications do not have this problem. This happens with Firefox and Edge trying to show YouTube videos. Is there an application setting or Mozilla update that may have affected this activity? The attached image shows the pause at 1:00 minute.

I see this as a performance problem, and one that I'd hoped would be solved by now, since others brought it up in an Apple Forum.

When using iCloud Notes, the list always used to have empty circles/radio buttons to click on when done. They have all become black squares instead. Apparently this happened, according to a poster, with version 131.0. If so, it is still a problem with version 132.0.2, which I currently have.

My attached image is a portion of my today's list

I now have roughly 100 email icons with no subject at the top of my screen. I have to scroll left through all of them before I get to the last 12 emails with subjects and then the inbox icon appears. When I click on a new email from the inbox, it opens and the email icon tab is all the way to the right. Now I have to scroll all the way back to the left to get to the inbox again!!. The email icon tabs cannot be deleted because the button turns light grey. Is there a solution or do I have to save the profile and uninstall Thunderbird?

Recently, I've been experiencing an issue with YouTube on Firefox. I have restarted all my network equipment and removed any extensions from Firefox, but the problem continues. Any help would be appreciated. Please see attached photo.

Google Slides is very slow on Firefox compared to Chrome. It lags all the time in Firefox compared to Chrome where it runs normally.

I also notice it is using a lot more memory on Firefox compared to Chrome.

When I click any link in an email (gmail) firefox refuses to take me to the site. Instead I get error messages like error 404 or most recently, the attached which was from a link in an email from my doctor. I opened the same link using brave no problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox a few times. I have deleted all plug ins. I can open every single one of those links and any other links in brave or any other browser. Not firefox. This is frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using the latest version of TB: 128.4.3esr (32-bit) . . . But, I think I have noticed this on previous versions, also.

I like to Disallow Remote content from loading, for security purposes, and then to select to Allow it or not.

But I notice that if Remote content is Disallowed, when I click to delete the email, sometimes it works as expected, and sometimes it does not. The problem is, it's like it deletes it, but then another copy of the email appears. It will not delete. I have to hit Escape, and then delete it in the list. Then that does nothing. I have to close and re-open TB to see that the email is gone.

This is in contrast to how if I just Allow Remote content, deleting an email always works as expected, but then there is the security risk.

If you get a lot of emails you don't want, it's nice to be able to delete them quickly.

What is hanging it up, if you Disallow Remote content?

I have tried Deleting smart mailboxes and virtualFolders.dat . . . This didn't do anything

Not sure about the category I selected for my question but here goes. Maybe the problem I'm having with Facebook is my browser. But, when I make or send a attachment to a Facebook message I'm replying to, while the photo of the attachment will show up the text within that attachment will not. How do I make the text ALSO appear within the attachment I'm sending. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
