Firefox says it will install soon on my Galaxy S5, it's not installing.

more options

I can't get the Firefox app to install on my Galaxy S5. When I go to Google Play it says that it's already installed. Then when I tap on the button that says "Installed" I get: "Congratulations! Firefox Browser for Android will be installed on your device soon."

It's said this for the past day, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. And fwiw, I've tried turning the phone on and off.

Thanks for any help!

You can direct download the apk from Mozilla FTP. You will find the latest Firefox for Android here: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/latest/android/multi/ Download fennec-36.0.4.multi.android-arm.apk and install it. Hope it will work.

The problem with installing Release/Beta versions manually as suggested is that you do not get Firefox updates.

Looks like I'm having trouble with google play, and not mozilla. Because I can't download anything from google play, but I can download your link.
